Cathy Binag, owner of The White House Fusion Cuisine and Wine Lounge, just came from a cuisine trip to Japan.

Then out of the blue, she decides to launch flavored beers and a “happy hour” as another unique offer only White House could pull off.

Dubbed as “Beery Flavorful White House”, the happy hour starts from 5pm-8pm. During that time a bucket of six bottles of beer would only cost P300 while flavored beers will be at P70 per glass.

White House will design, mix, and fix your beer—combining your desired flavor into your all-time favorite beverage. You can choose from a selection of imported and natural flavors—Kumquat, Lemon, Passion Fruit, Strawberry, Winter melon, Green Apple, Lychee, Peppermint, and Chai Tea.

Every mix offers a subtle, sparkling, and refreshing—if not new and unique—twist to the usual dose of the local beer.

For the non-beer drinkers, they have a special treat for you. Order one glass of vodka for P150 and get another glass for free—just as you order whisky (P150) and a shot of tequila (P200).

Chill Out nights at the White House will also feature Yakitori where you pick your own food to grill. The menu includes Salmon Kushiyaki, Chicken Kushiyaki, Seabass Kushiyaki, US Hanging Tenderloin Kushiyaki, and Pork Garlic Kushiyaki.
